1. Educate yourself before you go
This is the most important point and really does not mean read all the books you can find! They say ‘knowledge is Power’ and how true that is. I see people confused, not knowing what to do, looking left and right… bewildered. And in the end, they just follow what the rest of the crowd is doing without any basis of knowledge from the Quran or Sunnah.
