How to Pick Yourself Up Post Ramadan
I built this framework around three shifts: how I think, what I believe, and what I actually do. I try to set realistic, small goals instead of unrealistic ones that set me up to fail. I anchor everything in worship — I'm doing this to become a better slave of Allah, not just to feel good about myself. And I commit to just a few small rituals at a time, celebrating each one instead of trying to overhaul my whole life overnight. I keep coming back to one image: facing death before another Ramadan arrives — it's what pushes me to not wait for next Ramadan to start growing.
