  1. JazakAllah khair for posting! Great advice! I have a question though, what would be the best way to schedule sleep in the routine? For example I’ve not been able to sleep after taraweh prayers so read Quran, then I nap for 1-2hours and up again for suhoor. But because of the lack of sleep I tend to sleep after Fajr until 12-1pm. And it upsets me because I feel like missing part of the day but I’m so tired its hard to get up. Any advice?
