  1. You’re making psychology all too fascinating to me by your articles. Can’t wait for more insight! Also, I’ve just been researching about patience, which I know is not completely related to this, but it shows that patience is not really to stop expressing or “feeling” any emotions, as that is not humanly possible and not required either, but is to hold back and lead those emotions in the correct way. So doesn’t it make a problem if you swallow your anger each time and accumulate the rage at the back of your mind for one day to erupt?
