So What’s the Research and Content Team?
At ProductiveMuslim.com we value bringing our readers quality content. The Research and Content team (internally nicknamed “R&C”) is responsible for ensuring all the content produced by our contributors is practical, well-researched and applicable to our readers. The team undertakes necessary research for content development, edits all content for publication and engages with contributors as well as fans to ensure that we tackle all the productivity needs of our readers.
By working within R&C, you will be sure to receive opportunities to develop your understanding of productivity-related issues and work with a dynamic and motivated team. Our commitment is to developing the most useful material needed to make us more productive for this Ummah.

- Content Co-ordinator for Productive Muslimah
1. Researcher
Aim: To assist the Research and Content team by leading the research effort, preparing reports, and compiling research from a variety of resources for any kind of content-related project.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and lead research efforts as and when appropriate, including research for the upcoming Productive Muslim book and other projects
- Stay informed about industry trends and leading personalities in personal and workplace productivity
- Stay up to date on audience requests and needs
- Collect qualified, authentic and sufficient data
- Compile clearly written, brief, and organised data for use in content delivery or content planning
- Attend online Skype meetings with Research & Content team when required
- Assist Content Co-ordinator in liaising with contributors and in brainstorming for the editorial calendar
Skill Specification:
- Previous research experience – Essential
- Excellent organisational and communication skills – Essential
- Ability to effectively compile research – Essential
- Computer literate and quick learner – Essential
- Have committed, hardworking and motivated attitude – Essential

Aim: To co-ordinate incoming content submissions and content ideas to provide our audience with high-quality, relevant and timely content under the Productive Muslimah brand.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with contributors to manage incoming content submissions
- Co-ordinate with editors to prepare submissions in accordance with internal standards
- Assist Chief Editor in liaising with contributors and editors
- Work closely with Content Co-ordinator for the Productive Muslim brand
- Attend online Skype meetings with Research & Content team when required
