    • So true that the tayyibaat (or foods) mentioned in the Qur’an such as dates, grapes, pomegranates, figs, olives and honey are in fact the best foods that not only give energy but are also known for their healing properties. Black seeds, and talbeena (barley), as reported by the Prophet peace be upon him, are also very beneficial for health.
